Data We Collect<\/h3>\n\n<p>To provide personalized training and nutrition functionality, we may process the following data:<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">a) Account Data<\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">b) Profile &amp; Health-Related Data<\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Age<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Height<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weight<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fitness status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workout frequency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meal consumption<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>This data is processed solely for fitness and lifestyle optimization within the App.<br data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"609\"\/>No medical analysis, diagnosis, or evaluation of any health condition is performed.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">c) Food Tracking Features<\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Food photos (for AI-based nutritional estimation)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barcode scan inputs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Food photos are processed solely for the purpose of providing calorie and macronutrient estimations.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#13;\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Images are not permanently stored unless technically required to provide the feature.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#13;\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Food images are not used to train AI models.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">d) Technical Data<\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Device type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>App version<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IP address (temporarily for security purposes)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Purpose of Processing<\/h3>\n\n<p>We process personal data to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operate and provide the App<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate AI-based fitness and nutrition recommendations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain system stability and security<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prevent fraud and misuse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide customer support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Legal Basis (GDPR)<\/h3>\n\n<p>Processing is based on:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Article 6(1)(b) GDPR \u2013 performance of a contract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Article 6(1)(f) GDPR \u2013 legitimate interests (IT security, fraud prevention)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Article 6(1)(c) GDPR \u2013 compliance with legal obligations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, including by deleting your account.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Hosting &amp; Infrastructure<\/h3>\n\n<p>Our backend infrastructure is hosted within the European Union via infrastructure providers (including Lovable Cloud EU).<\/p>\n\n<p>Where required, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) pursuant to Article 28 GDPR are in place.<\/p>\n\n<p>We do not:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use your data to train AI models<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sell your personal data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share health-related data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct tracking for personalized third-party advertising<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Store payment card information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Payments are processed exclusively by the respective platform providers (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play).<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. AI Processing<\/h3>\n\n<p>AI features analyze only the data you actively provide.<\/p>\n\n<p>AI-generated outputs:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>May contain inaccuracies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not constitute medical advice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve informational and supportive purposes only<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>There is no automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.<\/p>\n\n<p>AI features analyze fitness and lifestyle data solely for training optimization purposes.<br data-start=\"1265\" data-end=\"1268\"\/>The App does not diagnose, assess, or evaluate any medical or health condition.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7a. Not a Medical Device<\/h3>\n\n<p>Physique Forge X is not a medical device within the meaning of the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR).<\/p>\n\n<p>The App is intended solely for general fitness and nutrition purposes and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Data Retention &amp; Account Deletion<\/h3>\n\n<p>We retain personal data only as long as your account remains active and\/or as required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n<p>Users may delete their account at any time directly within the App. Upon account deletion:<\/p>\n\n<p>Personal data will be deleted within 30 days, unless legal retention obligations apply.<\/p>\n\n<p>Technical backup copies will be deleted no later than 90 days thereafter.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.
